Previously having worked as Marketing Director at Zeek (a fintech company) and Blinkbox Movies, his focus is on scaling member acquisition for the Curious Cat App and increasing engagement, loyalty and profitability of the app’s current membership.
Alan has worked in research and insights for 20 years across a mix of agency and client roles. Now specialising in advertising effectiveness research, he heads up our research team where his broader experience brings a balanced and informed view to his work. When he's not at his desk, Alan can be found playing tennis or catching up on the football.
Simon joined our Singapore office in August 2022 as an experienced leader of large business units and global accounts. Simon has substantial knowledge of Asian and European markets across multiple sectors and strong financial management experience. He excels at building and mentoring strong teams across multiple countries.
Mark has more than 20 years commercial experience across a wealth of media agencies, media owners and media research companies providing effectiveness expertise to a range of different clients. Previously having worked for Kantar as Sales Director of Media Insights in Australia, his key skills include sales growth strategies and delivery of media effectiveness measurement and analytics.
Gulshan has a wealth of research experience across measurement, research & insight, digital, audio and print media, including most recently working as Client Partner EMEA at Nielsen. Gulshan works closely alongside Global Head of Advertising Effectiveness Sarah Robson, focusing on further integrating some of their most popular measurement solutions across the UK market.
Luke previously worked for Informa as their delegate business manager and more latterly their business development manager. He started his role with On Device Research in February 2022 with a specific drive in securing new business across the commercial team.
Sami joined On Device Research in 2018 after taking a career break to travel the world. Prior to that he worked at Moody’s Analytics for three years, working with large corporates, financial institutions and central/local government on data, credit, compliance & risk solutions. He graduated with a degree in Marketing and in his spare time enjoys photography and the great outdoors.
Kaniksha has extensive knowledge and experience in Finance working across various industries with a background of Management & Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting and Data Analysis. She has a keen eye for detail and thrives on streamlining processes to increase efficiencies. In her spare time, she loves to bake, travel and spend time with family and friends.
Breiland has more than 20 years of research experience across a wealth of measurement agencies, including Millward Brown and most recently as Senior Director of Media at Kantar Media, providing effectiveness expertise to a range of different clients. Breiland works closely alongside ANZ Commercial Director Mark Griffiths, focusing on further integrating some of their most popular solutions across the Australian market.
David is based in Singapore and has previously worked in a variety of areas from Fieldwork, Operations, Research, Analysis. For the last 15 years, he has focused on Project Management. David is responsible for organising and delivering complex studies across our APAC region.
Meb brings 24 years of experience in market research, with end-to-end knowledge of the research process, across both online/digital and offline methodologies. As employee #4 at both Research Now and Mesh Planning he's an experienced manager having built large teams of survey programmers, software developers while maintaining his edge as a researcher.
Experienced operations manager with 10+ years in the market research industry, Adam has worked across both healthcare and consumer research including being the operational lead on a 55-market brand effectiveness tracker. He has also managed teams across all stages of the fieldwork process and knows the inner workings of projects from start to finish.
